Orders and Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping may take 3-10 business days for domestic orders or 7-20 business days for international orders. You can check estimated delivery times during checkout or in your order confirmation email.
You can create an account by:

Completing your profile information (optional)
Guest checkout is also available without account creation.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update your shipping address by logging into your account and modifying the order details. If the order has already been processed, contact customer support immediately for assistance. Note that changes may not always be possible once shipping has begun.

Items from the same order are typically shipped together, but if they’re from different warehouses or have varying availability, they may arrive in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs. Check your order details for shipment information.
If you need to swap an item
